How Do I Get Started? To get started now, simply follow the 4-Step Process outlined below:

1.	Register With Rainey Properties, LLC. - Complete our Simple CASH REWARD PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and submit it to us by fax or mail. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we received your completed signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note, once payout's exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.
2.	Locate Leads - Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent By Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any area, condition or price range. Ugly, run-down houses don't bother us.
3.	Refer Leads to Rainey Properties, LLC. - Submit our simple CASH REWARDS REFERRAL FORM by fax, email or mail. After sending someone to drive by the house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will fax or email you a Cash Reward Confirmation indicating the number of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned.
4.	GET PAID! - Checks will be mailed (to the address your provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a suprise check many months after submiting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
